I never saw a patent lawsuit stock like this where not one person has a pacer account and posts copies of the court filings. I think there is a lot of nasty things in those pacer filings.

Worlds, Vringo...they always posted copies of the court filings. If there was good stuff in there someone would have posted it....if there was something bad nobody would post it. jmho

Discovery is the LONGEST and MOST EXPENSIVE part of a court case. And it does not take "a month".

Documents to request. Opposing side usually has 30 days to produce. Endless arguments as to what is privileged. Documents to review. More documents to request. Repeat endlessly. Employees to depose. Extremely expensive experts to hire and depose.
