It doesn't really matter if they have a succession plan, because luckily the vast majority of shareholders are mindless fanboys quite content to ignore, in my opinion, the real questions that need to be asked.
As long as they hear 'news' like "we are working on ..." they are satisfied.
I appreciate David's honesty.
On the other hand I don't think any person who is real CEO material would even consider leading Moller's companies. CEO's are all about resumes and successes and coming up with a turnaround strategy for these companies is more than a challenge. The hole they dug themselves into is simply too deep.
