Curious to see if the SEC suspends a fully reporting company and do an investigation on it to make sure this wasn't pulled off by insiders. Weird that the PR came out followed by filings. The OTC is crazy lol.

And Guess What....$LCLP is SEC CURRENT......OTCMarkets has NO CHOICE but to give a company Current status if they are SEC/EDGAR current.....and they don't get their blood money.......lol.......

Which begs the question.......LCLP can file 8K's.......which are FREE....and carry 100 times the credibility of a PR/filing on OTCM....lol
