This is a DECN Board - STOP trying to deflect or distract from the subject at hand - Berman is the CEO - His results, or lack thereof, are what matters ..... NOTHING else! He controls the company, he controls company decisions and judgment, the BOD is made up of him and one other .... IMO, he has failed shareholders, except for 1 PR they are vague and poorly written, he is a CON, IMO! He is a "liar of omission" IMO! POS!
Seems to me that you have only two choices. You can either cede the company to Mr. Berman because, after all, you are a small minority shareholder and only control your own vote, and then sell. Or you can join your colleague J_C and take over the company, because after all, the two of you have run public companies in the past (you have, right?), you have higher educations (you do, right?), and you have 40 years of experience in the industry (correct?). Which will it be?
