If it's dilution via public offerings believe me Boyd's not gonna be happy and then all his shares become a post r/s factor along with all the new dilutive shares immediately hitting the post r/s float.
If on the other hand Boyd does a direct offering and dramatically increases his position as Samsa has been alluding to...there's still gonna be hope for some miracle turnaround regardless of how bleak and remote that possibility seems at this juncture.
I personally believe there's gonna be both public and direct offerings to the tune of approx. $15M and a reverse split ratio of 1/15...and we will all soon have the answers we're waiting for glta
I don't see how they have been making payroll. Where is the cash coming from, they should have been out of cash a while ago unless some good size payments came in from MNK for their underperformance of Seroquel. That one drug alone should have put us no less than break even. What a shame.
