It's all luck. Sometimes you don't get fills but it worth the shot. Especially if you are just looking to add to a position. Sometimes you an get too emotional watching a stock all day. It's nice to get the cheaper fill but if it's going to take off the small ticks aren't going to matter. I don't day trade or flip that much.
