I take offense to that post because you are name calling folks like myself who think BK is possible. Do you know what forbearance is? It’s a technical default with stipulations and those stipulations state that the note holder can force liquidation at ANY point if their terms are not met. Gene is not meeting those terms and thus they can legally force BK and walk away with the IP. Why? Because they own it. Dont attack people because it is a very real possibility that you should be prepared for and is realistically and subjectively more likely at this point than the company surviving. That’s the truth. I understand you don’t like it but don’t trick yourself or others.
