I agree with everything you say but let's be honest here.

Jan himself estimated last year's developmental harvest would be $1.1 - $1.3 million and then buried the poor yield news under the Huy Fong news. Guess his estimate was based upon all varieties of peppers growing to full size which just did not happen. I wonder who did the actual picking of the varieties. Jan wouldn't know so it had to be someone who had prior experience that just got it wrong.


I also wonder what other types of produce they will be growing on the recently purchased tract of land? Do shareholders have to sit thru a pilot year for the tract? One wonders why they just couldn't grow more peppers there and devote a very small acreage to a pilot farm.

Again, from the 10K:

Total income from the harvest last year was approximately $225,000 out of which $50,000 was paid back to Progreen with the balance went to cover the operating costs of the farm.



Then why is there no $200k seen in revenue area of the 10K? Or for that matter the $50k mentioned?
