Concur on Carl, he has a excellent track record with two prior companies he was CEO of.

Carl spent another $500,000 on Sigma Labs. Any idea what he is up to? What is his m.o.? Did he do this at Precision to become part of management? He is spending a lot of money in the open market for something that has resembled a dried up turd for quite a while now. Any ideas?
