I don't think there is a way to stop the performance bonus award, because Milton Charles "TOAD" Ault III and/or is wife, have absolute voting control of DPW. Right?
The Ault's can do pretty much as they please. In this vein, the CONSULTANT CEO is probably due for a raise...right? Hell, he only missed the 2018 revenue projection by 30%, with the possibility it will fall even more! Aside from any other "outside consultant income", living on a meager $400,000 per year, is probably a hardship!
