Some posters here think that ppl who hold commons are Avg Joe gang. Well guess what that plan does work and it suits everyone not just Common but Pref too as well, Moellis plan more benefitting P by sacrificing Common holders which regular joes and janes like us here who are NOT Hedgefunders (HF chronies or friends)... so yes, some of these posters hated common holders because they think their pref cunning plan( to make several folds profit by sacrificing their fellow friends) got exposed.
Its not about Avg Joe plan anymore.. its more about fair or not fair since all of us here on same boat.
