We were. The fins show all business activity to date. If there were revenues this year at any point since the merger, it would be included in Subsequent Events.

There are no revenues. Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

But there’s nearly $500K in debt though. :-)

If they had any current revenue they would not need toxic loans....
