My memory is no longer clear, yet I believe the warrants were always issued much cheaper than "than" stock price, an easy arb for the nimble trader.The continued extension of the debt was obvious;its value was never marked to market,(currently around zero probably still marked at "book").Time to pay the piper.ALL IMHO off course.
