It was also said on this board that other listing requirements can be from two dollars to three dollars.

That is true. It states that in the link I posted. There are exceptions to every rule it seems.

As for when the application for uplisting gets submitted.. I have no idea. I have not followed the company's decision to file so much and trust them to file when they feel the time is right. Nobody knows when that is better than they do.
