GERS... What I meant by a one tiny positive fact was in regard to the totally one-sided negative posts, which are highly speculative, and not, and never will be, regarded as fact! There is so much more really great news than news such as missed filings, which happen all the time, and for good reason! But no matter how good the excuse is, KK and the others are GUILTY of just another in a long series of evil manipulations just to make We Investors suffer? Once a conspirator, always a conspirator that KK is? Always trying to do evil things...
Maybe the Patents are phony also? The lower Court made their pronouncement, and some flew with it, thinking that that is a confirmation of their Brilliant thinking that all is Bad, except them of course, and that all P-Stocks are bogus and not worth the Dime they spent on them!
The Penny Stock "Company" has to be able to carry-on its developmental process and the SEC is well aware of that, and makes provisions for any Company to file late, much like the Dreaded IRS, who will allow late payments and delays!
It is very easy to make an emotional answer when certain things happen that are out of line with what most of us expect, but some peoples' Noses always seem to smell "Skunk Passings" every time another sticking point comes up, and would rather run by the theory that the World is bad, so therefore KK is just another Skunk that "Stinks" his way through life?
Naysayers are common among us simply because they see delays, missed payments, not enough PR's, failure to present 10Q/filing releases to the SEC, or the "CEO's" not calling them back, as just symptoms of the greater evil, not because GERS may have 100 other calls they have to answer first, or money might better be utilized somewhere other than a major PR release, or maybe that his messages may have to be disregarded altogether because they are riddled with Misunderstandings and Muddled feelings that make NO SENSE!! The guys have better things to do than to answer ridiculous contact messages that should never be listened to in the first place! Then, what Penny Stock CEO wants to be depressed every time the same person comes forward with some Conspiratorial or Criminal matter that he perceives to be true? And its usually the same ole, same ole message over and over again! Common in the P-Stock area for sure!
Then, they often rely on the great number of Lost P-S Companies who eventually fail, and there are many, so their distrust is firmly entrenched?
Like I intimated, but did not follow through properly, is that there are many good things about GERS if certain people would take off their mental Blinders and see them for what they worth... Over 10 Patents and a number of Patent Pendings, Royalties coming in every Quarter or so, Machines that are innovative, more Innovations on the drawing boards, and a Appeals case that seems more winnable than ever, though chances are that we will never see what we asked for?
That is what we want to see, a better balance of Positives along with the Negatives, which are far more prevalent in a field where mainly ideas are pressed forward, with hardly much of a chance of getting any further than that? Gers has made it past that stage, and the only thing holding us back is that Lousy Court case? We might see some results by the end of 2018, for everyone realizes that it been held back by unscrupulous Defendants that want to see Gers destroyed? We want people on the board to see beyond their personal beliefs and see KK and Gers for what they really are? Much, much better than what a few believe? GLTA..
