The charts have been saying BUY since the stock was at .003 but those that bought would be down a huge chunk by now. The carts are pretty much worthless on these sub penny stocks that trade mostly on emotion and news, The charts can't feel control emotion and they can't see the news that's coming. They have been dead wrong for months on this stock.
