Someone wants to sell 100k shares at 50.5c, so they can buy 100k shares+ 50k warrants with the same money through Paulson. Why would someone buy those 100k shares now, when if they had that kind of money, they can buy 100k shares + warrants through Paulson also. That is the crazy financing rabbit hole cydy has fell into. When that cycle is finally broken, the share price should gravitate towards the actual value. I also suspect that was a big reason the volume fell off. Looking forward to getting the next financing details out of the way so we can move on.
