If I read correctly, this deal has no options sweetener....they just paid a massive premium and dumped $5 billion EDIT - read the rest of the thing and they put in warrants

I mean they don't get a seat on the board, they own the board, they damn near own a majority stake.....

This is silly massive

I read on the board someone wrote , they should halt trading and I thought that was super stupid because trading hasn't started yet, lol, but maybe they should halt trading!
