We had an original 8 firms that put out feelers, and it would now seem that most have filed. This is no surprise.
What is surprising is the who would have signed on? Well lets thing about that a minute. Say my name is Dawn and I am short a lot of shares of Zion Oil and I want to drive that price even lower. I am sure that Dawn owned a few shares outright as they knew beforehand what attacks would come and probably when. So now Dawn signs up with all 8 firms for a lawsuit.
Feasible? yes. Likely? I think so.
Still I am not updating any more sticky's here. I will not put the time in and I think most of you know why. Maybe I will change my mind but I doubt it.
