higher buyout offer being reviewed by the board. they say it has been doubled from last offer.

You need to understand what the breakout board - look at the "rate"...

"*Rate is the change in posting activity in the past 24 hours vs. the average from the prior 7 days"

So if over the last 7 days Bemax averaged 3 posts per day - then today there are 10 posts - the rate would be 233% but still only 10 posts that day.

The breakout board is meaningless unless you understand what it means.
