Anyone else stop to wonder why Boyd or those behind UBS are buying a supposed sinking ship? because they want it! They see the value in the pipeline and where we can be if someone started making the proper decisions.

You are right - but - don't forget, they want to get it as cheap as possible.

They do not want price to go up until they have it.
