DD I don’t remember ever seeing that ! When did this appear ? Yesterday after POTN financials ? If that’s legit then I just bumped my PPS assumption on this by at least 4 fold !

The old OS reported in 2014 was 7.1 bil. That was what it had listed up until 2018 and the recent changes.

Below they have 7.7 bil and it appears to NOW list the FLOAT...of a significantly lower than expected 2.1bil

I saw the float yesterday and thought it was old news..Duh. Should have checked further.
That is further confirmation that this is thin above..we will have a quick ride to pennies from here.

That is surely not correct.

The OS is 7.7 as you said. But the float is not 2 billion. The quarterly report shows 7.1 billion freely tradable shares.

What is listed on the quote tab you referenced is often incorrect. At times, the OS is correct but often not the float. Look up 5 of your favorite tickers and compare the numbers to otcmarkets. Some match but a lot don't.

This above says the float is 6 billion as of 12/31/2014 and that is the same date of the second page you posted.

So I don't think it's 2.

Even if there were 5B shares restricted, which would make the float 2B, those restrictions have surely long gone because what you referenced showed 7 billion outstanding in 2014. And those shares are now freely tradable per the quarterly report and probably have been for a long time, which makes the float 7 billion.

Is it trading like a ticker with 7 billion? Nope.
Doesn't seem like it at all. Though there's not a lot of good comparisons. Maybe there are some huge holders who aren't selling much? perhaps peeps who had those possibly restricted shares at one point.

But who knows, I have no idea. I don't think the float is 2B though.

Do not believe that # is ACCURATE! Its possible- trades like its near that #-- IMO its a little higher.
