Continental Grain's recent purchases have them close to 20% ownership (about 18.5% I think), I think the share count as of last quarter was ~24.25MM. Given all the warrant exercising, CC buying enough to increase ownership percent beyond original 16% when they bought into RIBT in September 2017.
