There’s a number of people accumulating shares. You have to file a Schedule 13G once you own 10% of the OS. Now that we know it’s 130 million, you can own up to 13 million shares personally before filing a 13G. However, RF has already stated that he’s looking to reduce the OS so it’s kinda a guessing game by how much so you can stay below 10%.
