Once again you have outdone yourself to a brilliant straight forward post petemantx and will be hoping to add another 5k by friday before any new news starts poping out from IPIX management to PR'd milestones achieved by Sept 30th.......

Yes, great post Petemantx. I dove in ADXS at about the same time as I did IPIX, 3 or more years ago. ADXS paid its top Execs strong multiples of what Leo has made, lent the company nothing, dropped some uses because they did not see what the data implied early enough, and blew threw a couple of hundred million and still not one FDA 2b or 3. The science is still strong, none the less, but ADXS remains mostly a one trick pony, but with multiple uses. My IPIX bets (investments?) now equal my total in ADXS, but there are 5 or 6 or more very strong shots on goal here, and one there. Just saying.

The main culprit to success has been financials. Ipix could have the greatest pipeline on Earth, but won’t mean a thing if Leo doesn’t find a partner. One who invests money and doesn’t sell stock ownership as quickly as received. Aspire has kept the lights on but at what price? .3875 to be exact and the biggest risk for a partner. If Leo signs any deal the partner will be fully protected. Protected being a greater ownership stake if Leo fails to comply on specific terms.

Nice long winded essay as usual but look at IPIX 5 years chart for Pete's sake. Look at the f**king avalanche. Don't fall in love with IPIX or Leo / Menon.. They don't really care about you because they at least get their annual 6 figures pay from dabbling in this dubious venture whereas what did you get from buying IPIX shares so far?

Ipix short interest is laughably low for a biotech. Your statement ignores plain facts.

“Will all shareholders acknowledge that the stock has been under the shorts microscope since way prior to the Mako article”

Good points, all. This is why I’ve held every share since 2013. Guys like us have a dozen other irons in the fire, and thus, aren’t the ones flapping their jaw. Ultimately everything rises or falls on its merit.

"Do not all stockholders know that IPIX, and thus mgt, is currently in a quiet period by law due to the ongoing negotiations with BP CDA partners and thus Leo has no option as to whether he can release any word whatsoever that would put such negotiations at risk?"

There is no such "quiet period by law". It's almost certain that the terms of the CDAs prohibit either party from publicly disclosing any confidential information that has been provided to them but there is no regulatory quiet period in place.
The Company is free to reveal anything other than the information covered by the agreements, including whether they have addressed their expiring lease situation and what was the TRUE basis for the initial issuance of 8M shares for $2M (and thereby correcting the statement in the 10-Q).
They have CHOSEN not to discuss those things.

1. How long are we going to place shorts and Mako? Seriously, how long ago was that article?

2. Three words, “December to Remember.” I suppose Leo didn’t clarify which December; perhaps it will be the next one?

3. There have been so many missteps it’s crazy -especially with Mennon. losing half of his shares rather unceremoniously.

Posts like the one I’m replying to are just as bad as others declaring this is going to zero. No one knows -but being all positive no matter what F-up occurs and rationalizing bullshit is just protecting what’s left of your investment and disingenuous to people doing DD.

Never said you posted anything non-factual (that was LR regarding the quiet period, though I do agree with him).

Your post is another rationalization chalking negative outcomes up to bad lack and outside evil-doers.

On one hand Menon is brilliant but when he loses half of his shares, it was because of an administrative oversight....the guy that cofounder Kard...the guy who Got a degree from Harvard, er worked at Harvard? Which was it again? See my point?

Leo is the savior of the company and has total control but can never seem to get ipix to pay off that loan that he gets another 200k from annually (over his 450k salary.

That’s the tip of the iceberg for me. Sorry but I’m not going to make a list for you. You can write back in disgust and tell yourself I’m an evil short but it’s not the case. I just think there should be more info on here that’s more right down the middle instead of a buy or sell side. Part of that comes from the early days here where pumpers reported that DF was doing the K trial for free and that Pfizer wanted to partner because of what they saw in the lab with K and Sunitib. Both of those things were untrue and I bought them hook line and sinker.

Good evening, then.
