I think your post is conflicted. You admit spit is all there is, but I'm suppose to provide you with evidence of a multi-year contract between Canada and Draeger? Well, I would bet the 81 million Canada is spending on detection, Draeger is likely to get the lions share of what's allocated specifically for devices. There is no other competition. That's called a monopoly. Draeger is a multi-billion dollar company. They secure deals around the globe. It's not like its Bullrun personnel negotiating away the company like @ Breathtec. Draeger has an army of competent negotiators. It would be foolish on thier part not to have a multi-year deal. Why go through the trouble if not? The Canadian government needs them more than Draeger needs the Canadian government. So who has the negotiating advantage in that type of situation? I concede it's a Crystal Ball Theory. However, it's more likely than the years long Crystal Ball Theory of a top secret government testing of a THC breathalyzer. Folks are still pumping that nonsense as recent as this month on the board.
