The fins tell a different story. IMHO

The property and equipment portion of the Assets increased from $54,290 in Q1 to $102,633 in Q2.

The filing specifically for Pestmaster Services states that the subsidiary received $77,000 for trucks and a $100,297 advance from parent company.

That sounds like a territory acquisition to me. Why else would you double the amount of property/equipment, including trucks?
