Not always. It depends on the structure. Look at TXH# who just had a reverse split. Now they have Billionares directing it and are about to uplist soon. But when you have a reverse split for more dilution with no product to sell that's when its a serious problem. But looks like Santo may be doing things right for once. A reverse split may be good here if the focus is actually on selling these wallets and not another mining company. The one thing I don't get is I thought Vietnam just banned crypto but yet these hard wallets are for sale. Someone tell me whats that all about.
