The 8k announcement provides sales thresholds which would be good to hit. $450k Q1, $1.15MM Q2, increasing each quarter till year three with an $18MM threshold for gross revenue. There is also a lot of info on options and stocks that Magniant will receive based on these thresholds. That could be part of the reason AS was increased.

Weird, because the only person when I search that makes any reference to Magniant is the Robert Crousore...all other folk's resumes or bios outside of the Magniant website make no reference to this company...some cannot be found at all.
