Reason for the pullback, little better pps for them

I might add that these shares are awarded (given) to them so the pps does not really matter except for short term tax consequences. A lower basis is beneficial for them in that their witholding tax on these shares will be lower with the lower basis. They will be selling shares in 2007 to cover this tax expense. The date for physical delivery was put off (in May) to defer this witholding tax and because IMO they expect higher prices to sell into in order to cover their tax expense associated with these shares.

Does anyone know the deadline for expiring remaining warrants? I thought it was some time in November.
