Many foreign companies are listed on the greys but they are quoted - all TSX stocks are traded on the greys.

Swiss Roche is a sponsored ADR as can be seen by the stock symbol - RHHBY.

The Y means - it is a American Depositary Receipt.

Swiss Roche is traded on several exchanges - just your other examples.

A ADR isn't close to a pinky like OWCP.
