Yes, they can. I confirmed this with Sanjay this morning. Any future PP can have warrants priced higher than Sabby's to negate Sabby's dilution clause.

Well, I disagree. I think he'll eat the Sabby warrants and go ahead with another PP. He needs the money ASAP in my opinion.

I think he'll try for a $3 Million PP at $1/share...with another 3 million warrants.

If he executes that, the share price could easily drop below .75


That's my prediction.
