Of course they will try to put a positive spin on it, but not sure who would want to buy the stock now.

If they were concerned about low trading volume, maybe they should have uplisted to a major exchange....not deregister.

I was always suspicious of their financials anyways. I follow several companies in this industry and none have the type of margins PROM is reporting.
