Notice Fogassa does not take Stock as a Salary compensation anymore, I wonder why? This Company went Scam in Sept. of 2014 only to appear too Reverse course in the Winter/Spring of 2016 only to abruptly change course yet again and not do a Damn thing and screw everyone (but sold a Boat load of shares on those Promises that's for sure) Who knows?
