1) The Judge has already ordered MEDIATION AS STEP 1, trying to NOT EVEN WASTE THE COURT'S TIME.....the case is such a SLAM DUNK FOR THE FEDS...
2) Less than 2 or 3% OF ALL FEDERAL CASES...EVER..EVER..EVER go to a JURY TRIAL...EVEN THE MOST BRUTAL CAPITAL MURDER CASES or whatever are almost ALL "SETTLED" out of court....numbers for civil trials are even lower....chances this EVER SEES A JURY ARE STATISTICALLY CLOSE TO NILL
3) By the time this would GET TO A JURY...USRM WILL PROBABLY BE BK FROM MASSIVE LEGAL FEES and the fact they'll probably need to go back to TOXIC DEBT FINANCING FOR SURVIVAL as they're TOXIC NOW and even GACP ain't gonna give um anymore money...which was almost nothing anyways (the bogus "financing" that never materialized) and thus this POS if they use TOXIC DEBT will be heading to SUB ONE CENT sooner than later more than likely...NO ONE is gonna finance this POS and they DO NOT MAKE IT on their own w/o additional financing...they'll GO BK...
4) There can be SEC CHARGES FILED AT ANY TIME as they have an open investigation and THEY ISSUED SUBPOENAS TO BOTH CEO TOMAS And to CSO Krisy Kristin Comella...AS INDIVIDUALS...in addition to SUBPOENA TO USRM the "the company"....IF/WHEN THE SEC FILES CHARGES..it will be OVER INSTANTLY IMO....shareholder lawsuit firms will hit this like a CAT-5 FL HURRICANE and the shares will be worse toilet paper than they already are...
5) AND as several VERY EXPERIENCED FDA LITIGATION ATTORNEYS HAVE BLOGGED ABOUT now....the CRIMINAL CHARGES OPTION is still very much alive according to many of them- given how EGREGIOUS IT IS WHAT Comella and gang have done and more importantly, their REFUSAL TO STOP despite numerous SERIOUS WARNINGS AND NOW EVEN A DOJ SUIT...it could get past fugly-ugly at that point....if criminal charges are filed...just get the shovel out AND BURY THE CORPSE called USRM...
