You need to seriously consider the possibility that JBZY has nothing to do with the article that you alluded to. There is no official and explicit proof from the company that Zhongji Ming Yang is the same as ZJMY, except the logo but that can be easily copied.
In Fact, there are several things that will make you really suspicious of this whole thing (but the blind will continue to find justifications). Look at the quality of their financials....they are empty, extremely poorly formatted....for a multi-million/billion dollar company that is extremely unacceptable....Their "investor relations guy", aka RO, communicates to a few of the shareholders apparently (no proof that he actually does) but seems equally shady.
The next excuse for deficient financials is going to be US-China trade war...LMAO....
