What's your thoughts on my post #33311. Wouldn't you agree the state filings are THE word that matters. The OTC is just a place that those numbers get reported? You make changes in your articles and register that with the state, then report that to the OTC. What the OTC shows cannot override this state filings. Impossible!!!
