Hokie this is a legitimate question, not bashing. So please don't bash back. I follow the posts and there's a lot of good information on both sides.

I posted yesterday about the 300 Million additional O/S. It's concerning no matter what. With the 200 Million from before, that's Half a Billion since about January. I know you think the share price is fine either way with projected revenues, but we will have to wait and see on that.

If the 300 Million additional was for the acquisition, fine. Makes sense they were paying in stock because start-ups don't have money for that. That was my theory about how they were paying for the acquisitions. But others have strongly posted that all acquisition stock has a 6 month to 1 year waiting period. So if it wasn't for that, then chances are there was more stock issued for the acquisitions, or the person is wrong.

If it was for IR, PR, law firm, etc., as others thought, and there were no restrictions, then why would they sell now if they think the stock is going up? Why not hold and sell later? I mean 300 Million at $.01 is $3 Million, so maybe they wanted the money?

The numbers posted yesterday indicate that the 310 Million weren't added to restricted. You and others have said they were probably traded and dilution is over. But as you have said in the past, arguing against the dilution theory, why would those firms sell now if they think the price will go up?

500 Million shares added to the O/S since this whole thing started is 500 Million shares. And the preferred shares are now issued per the FAQ.
