Thanks...I've seen that before. It looks at the issue from the prospective buyer's side:
"A typical large pharmaceutical might
see 500 to 1,000 opportunities in a
given therapeutic area. Only 100 or so
of those will go on to non-confidential
meetings and only 50 or so of those
will end up going to Confidential
Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and
confidential meetings."

It doesn't tell us much about how meaningful this might be to a prospective seller:
"The Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) count toward partnering with global and specialty pharmaceutical companies interested in the Company’s first-in-class drug candidates is nearing 20, with additional Agreements in review."

Now if we only had a link to some reliable research that said something like this:
"A typical pre-revenue drug development company with 3 drug candidates for 5 or 6 indications in various stages of clinical development might receive X inquiries that could be expected to result in Y discussions that lead to confidential disclosure agreements."
Of those Y CDAs, Z might be expected to lead to deals.

But I don't think we have such research. I don't think we even have a single example of the CEO of a similarly situated company saying something like "The Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) count toward partnering with global and specialty pharmaceutical companies interested in the Company’s first-in-class drug candidates is nearing X" that we could look at as a comparator to see how it panned out for them.

If you happen across one please post about it.

How much should IPIX get in a deal now on P and or B?

Royalties of 30 percent plus?

Payments of $200 to $300 million?

Where do you stand?
