Key interest means interest from industrial buyers?

Going to dig in a little more after work. Depends where they used it, I guess. Hopefully on the building itself and other structural components because all the lines, reactors, filters, etc. are surely top stainless since they should be industry specific. Can't imagine a plant exposing themselves to corrosion any more than necessary, but govt. money probably meant govt logic and schedules so...

Major Correction

VERY IMPORTANT [Responding to jumboschrimp, msg 29936]: It turns out that succinic acid (with a ph value between 2.6-3.6 and anything less than ph 7 is considered acidic) IS ACTUALLY a "corrosion inhibitor." SO: for example, using carbon steel pipes to transport succinic acid from a production vat to distribution barrels inhibits corrosion, because components of the acid are absorbed in the steel creating a protective layer. Just FYI.

The point of this is: while the slow bringing of the Sarnia Facility up to speed might have been due to a construction or design flaw, it was not due to an incompatibility issue between succinic acid and carbon steel. We don't know why after 6 mos, Sarnia only got to 25% of full capacity; and by summer 2017, I think it was only at 70% capacity [Someone may know for sure]. Either CEO Luc was testing the facilities as he brought it up to speed or working on patents OR there was a design flaw in the facilities. & We don't know why he was replaced with Eno, unless EITHER the BoD knew then that financial trouble was in the offing
OR he wanted to expand and develop the second plant faster than Luc.

Just FYI.
