The Johan's planes are secured by TMPS. By the time this is done, TMPS will have paid twice to three times the worth of the GS plane. The more TMPS owes The Johan, the less left over for anyone not named Johan. And, every time another Johan enters the picture, the more TMPS owes those Johans.
