One certainly hopes so. IMO Eddie's penny-pumping career began when he went looking for financing by shopping his failed multi-level art scam to the likes of Marc Jablon et. al aka BIG APPLE CONSULTING and their shadowy cohorts. He proved a believable front man for ARTS so they granted him additional tickers as ARTS was being burned down by two massive reverse splits. Eddie was given PRPM and he and and ole' Luther jumped on the MJ bandwagon which shot up before being suspended. Eddie's handlers quickly gave him SUTI in short order to try and keep the scam going.
IMO he has once again proven himself to be the small time grifter he always was.
