ITCC 10-q came out today. It looks decent but nothing spectacular. IMO the annoucment of rising authorized shares killed any near term momentum. Net income was down a little from last q. But Equity improved dramatically with Debt being reduced and Assets increasing. Cash also improved to 5 million
