Norman George President said on or about August 9, 2018 registration of shares utilizing the Reg-A registration was deemed qualified by the commission allowing the corporation to raise up to $ 500,000 in fresh capital from the sale of common shares over the next twelve (12) months.

The proceeds from the sale of the registered stock will be used to implement our marketing plan to increase revenue and achieve profitability within the next twelve (12) months. The names of the buyers will be disclosed in our quarterly and annual reports filed with OTC Markets.

We know from previous filings that the offering is at $ 0.001 so today we're discount value to that. I believe this is a great buying opportunity.

We also know from previous offerings at the same price that the "buyers" will be institutional buyers.

Here's the list of who participated last time and what they took in.

OLGC participated with 25M shares.
Tribridge participated with a total of 35M shares.
Union Capital participated with a total of 27M shares.
Madison Consulting participated with a total of 13M shares

Those are big share hauls.

They won't be flipping for few ticks.

This is set up for a big run I believe. One must remember that current OS is 392M. Even with 500M being added to it, it's still at 892M. Current float is only 305M.
