Seems like that is more the fake claims of health benefits and false clams on water molecular structure, when investors know that it is the impurities in their water.
Their patent wouldn't hold up in court, either. ALKM jumped on the snake oil sales bandwagon, but can't back up their own claims to the FDA satisfaction.
