It seems fraudulent to me as well.
Another thought...Seamus and his core investors own roughly 87% of all RNVA shares. Are they purposely holding this down to shake investors and buy shares cheap? This company should be reviewed by the SEC.
Still hoping for the best, but have my concerns.
