We still need one more 10-Q in order to go current. Today's two 10-Q's brought us up to December 31, 2017. But clearly the company intends to go current soon.

LCLP pink current now the OTC sites should be updated tomorrow. I know the company has to notify them. I was surprised to see all of those years of 10Q's hit this AM they sure cleaned up this shell fast to get this merger done. Shareholders lock up your shares at big $$$$ above with GTC sell orders. The days and weeks and months ahead should see a massive run here.
