That's easy speculation considering they've filed Form 12b-25's for the past reports...when there was also ZERO dilution, just more insider ownership and an OS DECREASE. Next please....

Most OTC stocks file for extensions because... let's face it... it takes TIME to prepare the financial statements and disclosures and they lack the resources to get them done on time.
