A buyout would solve many issues.

It cashes out David and Joe and Robert Irwin, the Directors, all in their 70's. There are 2 million dollar reasons each to do so in my opinion.

It eliminates the need for them to put out yearly letters, making dividend decisions, and remain a pink sheet company. Communication can cease.

It lessens the burden on Keri and Shana and others, so they can focus on growing the company.

To date, however, there have been many obstacles. The company has spelled them out, even though their words seemingly have contradicted one another on an occasion.

There are a few larger entities out there who could do a deal. Deet has prophesized that it would be someone in their industry, be it a laboratory testing private market company presumably nationwide who he has spelled out, or, which we subscribe to, a manufacturer of a company who measures perspiration in alcohol testing (private company), or, a "competitor" like the one who does drug testing for hair PMD or even oral drug testing, but I think OSUR is too big. The multi billion dollar drug testing lab companies would have no interest, so it has to be one of the niche type providers above.

Only the company knows for sure. And we won't know until it happens. And if it did, the price would be at a significant premium.

The recent activity in the stock has nothing to do with IHUB. Does anyone agree, disagree? Does anyone know something we don't?

I always have a problem with it going higher, like someone knows something, yet all we have been doing for years has been saying it is undervalued, so why do I act surprised when it actually goes up. This is why I am posting more than normal. And the word normal should not be used with LMLYP. Great song. Great lyrics. LMLYP.

Yep that's me (a she not a he) with a measly $250 investment worth over $10K today and collecting the sweet dividend. Have been wondering if we will see a buyout or what these elderly directors are going to do. Just praying they don't burn the little shareholders in the end.
