I call company "investigation" a total BS and I have proven it every day :-)

Dr. Zeevi's name was put on the company website after company announced in an 8-K that they were not the target of SEC investigation.

If anyone becomes involved with a company that is being investigated by the SEC for fraud

Check this out. More bad news! It happened! SEC delaring S-1 effective officially put an END to "investigation" fantasyland nonsense :-)

You are so correct Glow. To many are looking past the true facts about Zeevi. She is a big self promoter and only was a small part of someone else's product. Zeevi only took the credit that belonged to her mentor Mara Nemas. Zeevi worked under her along with a bunch of other R&D people that are named on Zeevi's patent filings, including Nemas. Zeevi is a follower and not a leader, and has no experience at all in bringing any product to market. She also has no research lab or any experience with cannabis at all.
